The Dan David Center for Human Evolution and Biohistory Research provides a singular environment for local and international researchers to study the biology of modern humans, our origins and routes of dispersal.
Through the use of cutting-edge and innovate technologies, and with access to an extensive fossil collection, the Dan David Center enables researchers to make new and exciting discoveries about our past via the study of ancient remains.
The Dan David Center for Human Evolution and Biohistory Research was established in 2015 as part of the Faculty of Medicine and the Steinhardt Museum as home to the physical anthropology section of the museum.
