The Yehuda Naftali Botanical Garden, located adjacent to the museum building, features collections of plants from Israel and neighboring regions, as well as unique plant collections from around the world. These collections make the garden a dynamic “living museum” showcasing the plant kingdom in its many forms.

The garden serves as a center for ecological and botanical research, including studies of rare and endangered wild plant species. It also functions as a refuge for these plants, helping to support their conservation. Today, the garden is home to approximately 3,800 plant species from Israel and around the world.
